Obesity is a growing health problem these days because people are too lazy to do some extra exercise and they eat too much. i always exercise and do cardio regularly to maintain a healthy weight.

Thanks for the interesting post and shocking pictures. A lot of the obesity issue is about the lack of self control. I look forward to reading more from you in the future.

Very nice post of yours. Truly speaking its each individuals responsibilities to take care of their own health and the body fitness.Individuals have to think of controlling their foods and get themselves to the gym.In that case they would be more healthy and disease-free.

It's really quiet astounding. At the height of the issue claiming that there are 25,000 people starving around the world, it turns out that worldwide, more people are overweight that undernourished (UN statistics). Two-third of all American adults are either overweight or obese, and the numbers are growing according to some health surveys and government reports. These statistics apply for Australia as well. Eating too much and being inactive are the most common causes of becoming overweight. Affordability and accessibility of food takes part of the issue as well. Fast food is cheap and are available everywhere. Healthy foods take time to prepare and are more expensive than cheeseburgers and french fries. In conclusion, food is not the only reason why people are obese – there's also exercise. Being physically active is the most powerful obesity prevention. If everyone where motivated to be in gym, run, hike, or simply do some type of workout using home gym machines, Not only America, but the whole world would be healthy and obese free.

the only solution for this kind of problem is to have a self control. there is no other person who can help you with this but only yourself through proper exercise and diet and food intake control

Hey Rob,
I like your writing. However, if you're going to place prominently a photo of a celebrity, especially one who is deceased, you should provide the person's name out of decency. Israel Kamakawiwo’ole is still much loved in Hawaii and, though obviously obese, contributed much to the Hawaii independence movement and to Hawaiian culture. His body layed in state in the capitol for nearly a week--during which time more than ten thousand persons payed their respect.
Sincerely,
Dan
